This website uses no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones, and contains no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server: your visit is not disclosed to anyone else.
BROWSING DATA
Like every web server, ours records IP address, requested page, date and time. This is used only for the security and operation of the site and is deleted periodically.
CONTACT REQUESTS
The data you enter in the contact form (name, team, contact details, information about your car) reaches our server, which stores it and forwards it to us. It is used only to reply and prepare a commercial proposal, and is not passed on to anyone. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep it for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability at any time through the contact form, saying so in your message. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
